Children’s Pottery
Play with CLAY!
We offer our ever popular children’s classes again this Fall. Children enjoy exploring and creating with clay! Each class will have a structured project and free time. Children will gain experience with these ceramic techniques: pinch, coil, slab and extrusions. Beth Calengor teaches the children wheel-throwing during these classes so that every student has the opportunity to use the potter’s wheel several times.
Ages 5-10 years old. Children under 5 allowed with a parent.
Cost $91 - 10 weeks

Teens & Pre-Teen
Wheel Throwing
Learn basic and intermediate wheel throwing techniques! You too can have the pleasure of making ceramics both on the potter’s wheel and with hand-building techniques. The ability to create pottery, to have a ‘pot appear’ where before there was nothing but a block of clay, is intriguing to many individuals. This is a really fun class!
Ages 10- 18 years old.
Cost $91 - 10 weeks
Cost $56 - 5 weeks

*6 student minimum enrollment.
Adult Class
Students choose what they most wish to create throught the 10 weeks of classes. Beginners as well as all other levels welcome. Lab times available.
